For decades I have been using energy modalities in working with clients to alleviate their suffering. People come to me for reasons ranging from the desire to relax and recharge or deal with stress, to seeking support when facing serious pain, surgery, or illness.
I am certified as an Advanced Practitioner of Nervous System Energy Work, am recognized as a Certified Somatic Therapist by Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals, and am a Reiki Master.
You are also invited to achieve higher levels of body awareness and physical well being through my classes in Tai Chi Chuan, Bagua Zhang, and Qi Gong.
Way of Harmony Martial Arts School in Shaker Heights and Brooklyn Heights is where I teach. I am also available for private instruction.
I hold a Fifth Level Red Sash and Master Teacher Certification in Way of Harmony, an integrated martial arts system
